Shipping + Handling
After your purchase, it will be shipped out within 1-2 days via USPS. Prices reflect the weight of your order and the current rate of postage. Once the label is purchased, you will receive an email with the tracking number. If you would like your order expedited or shipped with a preferred carrier, please email right away at the time of order and we will be happy to make arrangements and make that happen. We will send an invoice for the adjusted price if using expedited services. If you notice an error with the shipping address, please contact as soon as this oversight is realized and we will make sure to change it, if it has not yet been shipped. If it has already gone out, we can workout the particulars once it has been returned to us.
If this is a gift, there is a box you can check at time of checkout and write a note and we will transcribe it and make it presentable and more personalized and include with product.
In the rare circumstance a package is stated as delivered but not received, the fault lies with USPS. In that case, it is recommended to file a claim with them, as it is out of our hands and capability once they are responsible for it. We cannot accept culpability for stolen, damaged goods or missing packages, but will certainly do our best to work with you to figure out what happened.
At this time we are only shipping domestically but hope to change that in the future.
